About the Store

Where are you located?
We do not have a physical store. We only accept orders through our online store. All orders are handled and shipped from our overseas suppliers.

Do you have a customer service phone line?
Currently, our service method is exclusively via email (kithare.service@outlook.com). Through this means of communication, you can inform us about delivery delays, incorrect/damaged/broken/lost products, and address any questions you may have about our store.

Please understand that due to the large number of emails requesting assistance, we allow 48 hours to respond to your inquiry. But don't worry, our team is always available.

Do you really deliver?
Due to the extended delivery time of our products (2-8 weeks), many people think their orders will never arrive. But don't worry, if your order can't be tracked 60 days after the shipping date, you can contact us and we'll help you.

Orders

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (the same day). We prepare orders for shipping quickly (we're fast!). Most orders are shipped the day after purchase. Once our logistics team has processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel it.
We emphasize your right to accept or decline receipt of the order, or any part of it, even after the customer has received the order confirmation or payment has been authorized by credit card.
If the credit card company has already authorized the purchase and it is canceled, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.
Note: Orders that have already been billed or shipped cannot be canceled.

How secure is it to place an order?
When you make an online purchase with your credit card, all information is recorded on a secure SSL page. Your information is then encrypted and sent directly to our administrator, where the transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

What are the payment methods?
We work with several payment options, including: VISA/Mastercard/American Express/Diners Club International/Hipercard/Aura/Elo credit cards, VISA/Mastercard debit cards, and bank transfer.

Where can I find my invoice?
Bank receipts are sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase, so you can access them at any time. Please check your spam folder. If you haven't received your invoice, please send an email with your full name and order number to: kithare.service@outlook.com

My invoice has expired
Receipts in our store expire 3 days after the purchase date. This period can be extended, but not shortened. Remember that as soon as payment is confirmed, the order is prepared for shipping, regardless of the expiration date on the payment receipt.

Can I pay upon receipt of the order?
Orders are always prepared for shipping as soon as payment is confirmed. This is our standard procedure.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Preparation
Please verify that the order and delivery information is correct and complete. If the information is incomplete, the order will not be processed and will be canceled.
We process orders during the week, Monday through Friday. Please understand that we do not ship on weekends.
A message will be sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase when the tracking code is available in our system. Contact us if you have not received the tracking code within 7 days of payment confirmation.
Note: An international transaction fee may apply when processing the order. This fee is non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The specified delivery period may take between 2 and 8 business weeks after the payment confirmation date.

Where is my order?
You can track it using the tracking code sent to the registered email address (this will take a few days as this code may take time to become available) through this link: kithare.shop. Please note that it may take between 3 and 10 business days for the tracking number to show its current status.
