Return and Cancellation Policy
The shopping experience at the kithare.shop online store is extremely pleasant and meets your needs. Therefore, if your order is to be returned, our return and exchange policy will be in accordance with current legislation (Law No. 8,078 of September 11, 1990, on Consumer Protection).
Time Limit
The maximum period to request a return is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order (in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Law). Products returned without prior notice will be immediately returned to the customer.
Situation
Returns due to buyer's remorse or withdrawal only apply to online purchases and not to items purchased in kithare.shop physical stores. Only products that have not been washed, used, have no odor, and have not been altered by the customer (e.g., covers and adjustments), that is, are undamaged and have replacement tags attached, will be accepted.
Once the product is received, it will be analyzed for quality control, which can take up to 4 days. If it does not meet the conditions described here, we will notify the customer to collect the product.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Your claim will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days. Once a problem is identified, we will contact you by email, and you can choose one of the following options:
Receive new products as requested.
Full refund.
Receive products of equal value.
Receive a coupon for the value of the product that can be used for future purchases.
